People who are not registered to vote in any Oregon county may register online at oregonvotes.gov no later than 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, April 27, to be eligible to cast ballots in the May 18 elections.
Oakridge, Lowell and Pleasant Hill school district voters will fill school board positions in the elections. Registration options include:
(1) Go online to www.oregonvotes.gov no later than 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, April 27. The online option is available to those with a valid Oregon driver’s license, DMV-issued identification card or learner’s permit.
(2) Submit a voter registration form to the Lincoln Street Drop Box next to the Elections Office by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, April 27.
(3) Mail a voter registration card to the Elections Office with a postmark no later than Tuesday, April 27.
New voters who will turn 18 on or before the May 18 Election Day may register by the April 27 deadline and receive a ballot, even if they are still 17 on the registration deadline date.
