By DEAN REA/Correspondent/The Herald — The identity of a person who died in a one-car accident late Sunday near Lowell was still being determined Tuesday morning, the Lane County Sheriff’s Office reported.
The accident on Pengra Road occurred when an eastbound 2005 Nissan car left the roadway and struck a tree shortly before midnight Sunday, officers report.
