2022 “Pursue Peace” Convention Unites 239 Countries in More Than 500 Languages
Against the tragic backdrop of a historic conflict in Europe, many in the Oakridge community will unite with millions around the globe to promote the timely theme “Pursue Peace” as they participate in a six-part annual event scheduled for July and August, 2022. The program on peace will be enjoyed by millions of people around the world in 500 languages, including 100s of thousands in Ukraine and Russia. Peace involves much more than the absence of conflict. All of us face trials that can rob us of peace – illness, economic problems, personal weaknesses, and damaged relationships. The 2022 convention will highlight how individuals can find real, lasting peace in their lives right now.
