Lane County commissioners to continue public hearing on Old Hazeldell January 28

The Lane County board of commissioners will reopen the continued public hearing on the Old Hazeldell Quarry, LLC application during their January 28 session. The hearing will be in Harris Hall at 125 E. 8th Ave., in Eugene, at 1:30 p.m.

The meeting will be held in a hybrid format, allowing for both in-person and remote call-ins.

According to the Notice of board of county commissioners continued public hearing, no further testimony will be taken. The notice also stipulated that the public hearing will be closed on January 28, 2025. A specific agenda has yet to be published.

The notice gives no indication whether a decision will be handed down at that meeting regarding the applications acceptance or denial.
