It would be hard to pick a presidential VP that would help rural Oregon more than Tim Walz. Minnesota is full of small rural communities; those people are salt of the earth Americans. Yet Minnesota also has a modern metropolitan city in Minneapolis and supports the arts.
These are values that describe our little corner of Oregon. Blue color work but balanced with the joys of the heart found in the expressive arts. Minnesota has a large forest, and wildlife can graze on more than corn and soybeans.
If you are looking for a person who understands Oakridge, would you pick the conceited Vance, or Walz who has defended his country in the military/National Guard, educated our children in high school and demonstrated real leadership as governor of his State?
