Once again this year the Oakridge Library has Central Cascade Wilderness Passes available for check-out. These passes allow our patrons to go hiking and backpacking in the Central Cascade wilderness areas without having to get a permit or pay the permit fee. These areas are in both the Deschutes and Willamette National Forests. The length of time the passes can be checked out is from 7-14 days and are available from June 15 through October 15.

The library will be holding its huge BOOK SALE on Sat June 17th from 11-3pm. We have scads of books at really good prices.
Summer Program will start Monday morning July 3rd for children 1st grade to 6th and Wednesday morning July 5th for preschool to Kindergarten. The program continues every Monday or Wednesday morning in July. Registration will start June 16th and registration forms will be available at the library front desk. Questions? call the library at 541-782-2258 ext. 9.
