A reminder-the library is a Clean Air Sanctuary. Come in for a breath of fresh air during our regular open hours.
We have two kinds of free passes that may be checked out: 1. Cascade Wilderness Permit(for Central Cascades Wilderness system on the Willamette and Deschutes National Forests) for overnight and day use. It can be checked out for up to two weeks. the maximum group size is 12. and 2. Oregon State Parks day use parking permit good through the end of August 2025. They can be checked out for two weeks.
Please remember that the book return box in front of the pharmacy is “fine-free”. So,if you have overdue books you may return them there.
If you have harvested heirloom, non-hybrid seeds (whether originally from our seed library or not) bring them to the library with the name of the seeds, the date the seeds were harvested and any growing information you can add. This is how we keep our seed library replenished.
Beginning Disc Golfers we have a “how-to” book and practice discs that may be checked out.
Lastly, your library has given away free books to the community on several Sundays at the Farmers Market. We will continue this give-away as a public service on a few more Sundays coming up.
