Save the date to join us for a Community Meeting to discuss potential updates to the Oakridge Zoning Ordinance. The goal of Oakridge’s Code Evaluation and Update project is to make recommendations related to urban design, housing, and transportation policy and development requirements to help the City remove barriers to creating a vibrant, multimodal community.
This project is partially funded by a grant from the Transportation and Growth Management (TGM) Program, a joint program of the Oregon Department of Transportation and the Oregon Department of Land Conservation and Development. The project goal is consistent with the mission, goals, and objectives of the TGM program and “smart growth” principles.
Topics of the Code Evaluation:
- CURRENT ZONING
- COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
- OLD TOWN DESIGN SUBDISTRICT
- RESIDENTIAL USES AND STANDARDS
- MULTIMODAL TRANSPORTATION FACILITIES
- TEMPORARY LODGING STANDARDS
