ODOT: paving project on Hwy58 to start August 4

OR 58 travelers – Eagle Creek to Salt Creek Tunnel Paving starts next week, plan ahead!

We’re grinding off and replacing the driving surface of about eight miles of OR 58 to preserve the road and give you a smoother ride. You’ll start to see crews in the area the week of August 4.

You can expect: Paving work to start August 11. Lane and shoulder closures with automated flaggers helping direct traffic. Noise and delays.
