Strategic Plan Update
Help us update our strategic plan goals
The Oregon Department of Revenue is in the process of updating its strategic plan goals. As part of the update, the department would like your input on our work.
In this survey you will find six questions asking about how successful we have been in our stated mission; how satisfied you are with our resources, support and processes; and what suggestions you may have for us.
Our goal is to consider your input as we make strategic decisions for the department.
All survey responses are anonymous, and we will share the data collected with our leadership team to use as input for new strategic plan goals.
We hope you will take a few short minutes to fill out the survey.
