Oregon State Treasury is transitioning ACH banking services to KeyBank, requiring the Oregon Department of Revenue to update banking information accordingly. Businesses submitting payments through Revenue Online are not impacted by this transition.
Businesses identified as large payroll service providers will receive a letter detailing the new bank routing and account numbers for ACH Credit payments transmitted to the department. In most cases the clients of payroll service providers will not receive a copy of the letter. Letters will be mailed during the week of December 19, 2022. If you have not received this information by December 31 please contact 503-947-2017 at your earliest convenience.
Businesses that have submitted ACH Credit payments on behalf of a small number of entities, or for themselves, within the past year, will receive a letter at the address on file of entities for which we have received ACH payments. Businesses should forward the letter to the entity submitting payments on their behalf.
During the pandemic there have been a number of businesses changing their office space needs, and not all businesses have kept their contact information up to date. This could impact receipt of important information from us. Please log into your Revenue Online account and verify that your address information is current. Master and Administrator account holders can directly update business address information on Revenue Online.
