The Oregon Watershed Enhancement Board Grants Committee will hold a virtual meeting on June 15, 2023, from 9:00 am to 10:30 am.
Materials for the meeting are now available under ‘Grants Committee’ in the Committee Meeting Dates and Documents section of the webpage. The public is welcome to listen to the meeting via YouTube Streaming.
Please note that there may be a slight delay when streaming the meeting content.
The committee encourages public comment on any agenda item. Public comments may be made in two ways:
Written Comments
Written comments should be sent to Nicole Bettinardi at [email protected] by Wednesday, June 14th, at 12:00 pm. Written comments will be provided to the committee in advance of the meeting.
Verbal Comments
Verbal comments are limited to three minutes and will be heard during the public comment period (Agenda Item 2). To provide verbal comment, you must email Nicole Bettinardi at [email protected] by Wednesday, June 14th, at 12:00 pm and provide your name and the topic you wish to comment on. You will then be provided with information on how to access the meeting.
If you wish to request an accessibility accommodation, please advise Nicole Bettinardi as soon as possible, and at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting.
