SALEM, Ore. – ODFW’s Phillip W. Schneider Wildlife Area is open for public use as of Oct. 28, 2024, after being closed due to the Rail Ridge fire.
Please respect closed gates and posted signs, as many roads are closed to motor vehicles while repair work continues. Be cautious around heavy machinery and be visible to the operator.
