Even a cloud cover can make for a nice picture. Mike Milandin took this shot from Eagle’s Butte looking into the Salmon Creek drainage. Aubrey and Hekletooth mountains are in the background. For this shot he used X-T5 Fuji film and a 10mm lens set at 1/500 sec on f/4.

George is a former smokejumper from his hometown of Cave Junction, a former captain in the U.S. Marine Corps. and ran a construction company in Southern California. George assumed the volunteer duties as the Editor of the Highway 58 Herald in 2022.
