McKenzie Bridge, Ore. – U.S. Senate candidate Darin Harbick is scheduled to speak at a campaign rally set Thursday, April 21, at Along Came Trudy café, 1488 18th Street in Springfield.

The hour-long public event, which starts at 5:30 p.m., will feature testimonies from campaign supporters and a brief talk by Harbick, who will be on the Republican Party ticket. Light refreshments will be served.

The purpose of the rally is to highlight efforts by Harbick that include combating inflation, high gas costs and increasing food prices. In addition, Harbick will talk about his support of law and order in Oregon, reducing federal government regulations and managing natural resources, forests and federal lands.

“This country used to work. Now it doesn’t. Our current administration is a train wreck. My goal is to make changes for the better for all Oregonians and our country,” Harbick said. “The May 17 primary is almost here and I need everyone’s support to help make these needed changes for us, our children and future generations,” he added.

The public is invited to bring people interested in personally meeting Harbick. There will be information available about how people can become involved in the campaign effort.

For more information about the April 21 event, the public can call 503-310-7500 or email [email protected].
