Tammie has had twenty years of experience in successful property management and her excellent reputation precedes her. She worked with various firms and Real Estate companies in Eugene and environs, and came to Oakridge, where she was employed by Distinct Dwelling, who closed their Oakridge office recently. Tammie is in the process of obtaining her independent property manager’s license.
Our policy is to offer honest and ethical management services to all in need of it, to treat your properties as our own. We strive to bring tenant and owner together for the benefit of both. We value our customers. This has been the practice of Joy Kingsbury’s management service for many years and fortunately, Tammie shares that goal.

George Custer lives in Oakridge with his wife Sayre. George is a former smokejumper from his hometown of Cave Junction, a former captain in the U.S. Marine Corps. and ran a construction company in Southern California. George assumed the volunteer duties as the Editor of the Highway 58 Herald in 2022. He loves riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle, building all things wood, and playing drums on the weekends in his office.
