City Staff report will be available no later than 7 days before the hearing. There is no charge for inspection at city hall and copies can be obtained for $.35 per page.
TESTIMONY MAY BE PRESENTED AT THE HEARING OR BY SUBMITTING A WRITTEN STATEMENT TO THE CITY RECORDER AT OAKRIDGE CITY HALL BEFORE 5:00 P.M. JANUARY 16, 2024, OR AT THE HEARING. FAILURE TO RAISE AN ISSUE AT THIS HEARING, IN PERSON OR BY LETTER, OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SUFFICIENT SPECIFICITY TO AFFORD THE DECISION-MAKER AN OPPORTUNITY TO RESPOND TO THE ISSUE PRECLUDES APPEAL TO THE STATE OF OREGON LAND USE BOARD OF APPEALS BASED ON THAT ISSUE.
