Below is a List of Community Resource Centers we’re community members can go to escape poor air quality and heat.
Information will be updated. Community members are also encouraged to call 211 for an up-to-date listing of available resources.
McKenzie Bridge
Upper McKenzie Community Center

Open 10 pm to 7pm on Saturday 9/10
Will consider opening on Sunday 9/11 if power is still out
Oakridge
First Baptist Church

Open Friday 9/9 8 am to 5 pm
Oakridge City Library
48326 East 1st St.
Oakridge, OR 97463
Open regular hours from 1 pm to 5 pm
Additional Information from Oakridge
An additional space at the OHJS multipurpose room may be opened if power is lost (it has backup power and HEPA filtration).
Cleaner Air Spaces will stay open for as long as Oakridge is in level 1.
***Veneta and Lowell are not opening respite centers at this time.
