“Walk with Ease” Class Begins November 8

Move more, reduce pain, and engage safely and comfortably in a gentle walking program

Walk with ease! Join LCOG Senior & Disability Services for a free Zoom class starting Tuesday, November 8 to help you be more active.

Walk With Ease is for anyone who wants to move more, reduce pain, and engage safely and comfortably in a gentle walking program.

Gain comradery and virtual support twice a week, then walk or roll when it’s convenient for you.

Participants will:

• Receive a FREE Walk with Ease guidebook

• Participate in 12 bi-weekly virtual meetings

• Learn how to safely and comfortably be more active, and

• Set and work toward their goals
