The Oregon Aviation Historical Society invites the public, pilots, and car enthusiasts to our Wings & Wheels car show and fly-in at Jim Wright Field (Cottage Grove State Airport) at 2475 Jim Wright Way in Cottage Grove. On Saturday, June 24th from 10am to 4pm planes, cars, and motorcycles will be on display at this ninth annual event sponsored by Parsons Financial Advisors and Starfire Lumber. Voted the Best Museum of South Lane of 2022, OAHS welcomes the public to venture inside their local general aviation airport. Vehicle or plane registration is free; entry forms are available at our website, oregonaviation.org.
Refreshments from Abshere Concessions food truck will be for sale, and the OAHS History Center and museum will be open to visitors. Admission is $5 per person and free for children 12 and under. While this is a family-friendly event, OAHS requests that pets stay at home to protect their paws from the hot blacktop.
